Refund policy
At Beyongerie, customer satisfaction and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer 7-Day Size Exchange and Returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
1. Size Exchange
• We offer one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong product, color, or size.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Used or worn products.
• Washed products.
If your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup. In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Shipping reimbursement will be provided as applicable.
